How Do I Explore the Bi Side of Myself/Let Him Explore the Bi Side of Himself?

Hi Betty,

I am a 27 year old biquestioning woman who is dating a wonderful 22 year old bi Man. Previously for him, all of his relationships have been with other gay men, and he has presented to most people as a gay man. When he started dating me, it was the first "cishet" relationship he'd ever had, but we've made it work through lots of communication and we both feel quite strongly towards each other.

Recently he asked me about potentially starting an open relationship, as he said that there were "aspects of the gay world [he] wants to explore." Additionally, he knows that I am questioning my bi status and how that works with my commitment to him, and is almost encouraging me to explore that as well, within our relationship.

How Can I Manage My Jealousy?

Dear Betty,

First, thank you very much for sharing your wisdom with us. It's been a live changing for me since I discover I had "small" orgasms and kept developing them.

Now I got a question about something that is killing my loving relationships. I have this horrible tendency to get "over jealous" when I think my partners are fantasising with someone else. Once my partner told me he finds "wonder woman" hot before going to see the movie. I got so "jealous" on thinking he is fantasising having sex with her (instead of me) so I didn’t want to watch the movie.

Dear Dr. Betty and Carlin,

I discovered your website two years ago and have since been a massive fan of your work. You have helped me redefine and improve my notions of relationships, culture and sexuality, both with a partner and alone. I have understood that monogamy is an outdated and flawed concept and have sworn off it, if not forever, at least for a very long time. I am only 22.

Want to Open Our Relationship But I'm Jealous of My Husband Being with Another Woman

How am I supposed to get over jealousy? I am married and love my husband but he doesn't meet all my needs and I was wanting to open up our relationship. I need to eat some pussy!

I feel I would be fine sleeping with other people but can not wrap my head around him doing the same! I am well aware this would not be fair and have been trying to deal with getting over it with no progress. I have not brought this up to him since I have still have issues to deal within myself before it could happen. Is it really as easy as "just get over it"?

Dear Jealous Wife,

Mind & Mother Nature in Open Relationships

I've not spoken before on ways I use to handle my currently non-monogamous personal life. Here's one key principle of several that I personally use and teach to my clients. It will help couples in open relationships. It's easier said than done. Through patience with yourself and a partner, and simply knowing that your body and mind are reacting as Mother Nature intended, (so that you'll be more likely to make babies with somebody) the more success and peace you may have with having a primary partner and/or one or more lovers.

My husband just accused me of being unfaithful. He said that 2 weeks ago the day after my period he felt me and my Labia were loose and fluttery like i had just finished sex. We have been married 19 years, i have never cheated but i cannot convince him of this. What changes do labia go through on a monthly cycle.
